ADNYS FZE (Free Zone Establishment, SRTIP Free Zone, Sharjah, UAE, licence no. 9380, TRN 105077502000001) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through adnys.com and when you work with us, why we use it, and your choices. We handle personal data in line with UAE data protection law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

1. Information we collect

• Contact details you give us through our contact form, checkout page, email or WhatsApp: name, email, phone number, company name and your message.
• Order and payment details: what you bought, the amount, your order number, quote or invoice number, and the payment result.
• Project information: content, logos, files and account access you share with us so we can do the work.
• Website usage data: basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through server logs and cookies.

2. Card payments

Online payments are made through ADNYS Pay (pay.adnys.com), our payment platform, and processed by Tap Payments. You enter your card details on Tap's secure payment page. ADNYS FZE does not receive, see or store your full card number or security code. We only receive the payment result and a transaction reference. All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties. Tap's handling of your data is covered by Tap's privacy policy.

2a. Partner Programme applicants

If you apply to our Partner Programme (Seller Partner, Billing Partner or Freelance Developer), we also collect your ID details, a copy of your ID document, your product, service or skills information and your electronic signature record. The signature record is your typed name and the date, time and IP address of signing. We use this only to verify you, manage your partner agreement and pay you. Your ID document is stored in a private area of our server that only authorised ADNYS staff can access. It is never shown publicly or shared, except with authorities when the law requires it. We keep partner records for the length of the agreement plus 5 years.

3. How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiries and send quotes
• To process payments, send receipts and keep accounting records
• To deliver and support the services you bought
• To send service updates such as renewal reminders for domains or hosting
• To send marketing messages, only if you agree. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To keep our website secure and improve it
• To meet legal, tax and regulatory requirements

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only when needed to provide our services, with:

• ADNYS Pay and Tap Payments, to process payments
• Service providers you ask us to set up for you, such as domain registrars, hosting companies, Google or Microsoft
• Our own hosting, email and IT providers, who keep it secure on our behalf
• Government or legal authorities, when the law requires it

5. Cookies

Our website uses a small number of cookies to make it work (for example, to keep the checkout form secure) and to understand how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work properly without them.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 2 years, and order, invoice and payment records for at least 5 years, as required for UAE accounting and tax purposes. After that, we delete or anonymise them.

7. Security

Our website uses an SSL certificate (https), so information you send us is encrypted. Access to customer information is limited to staff who need it. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, update or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing. Email info@adnys.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Some records, such as invoices, must be kept by law.

9. Links to other websites

Our website links to other websites (such as our clients' sites and social media). We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

10. Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Customers are advised to check this page regularly.
